Don't throw away your Sunday paper without looking in your Parade / USA Weekend insert. There is a coupon for a FREE McDonald's McCafe Frappe or Smoothie in there! It doesn't expire until 8/15/10 so put it in your car now so it's there when you need a refreshing treat.

Also in my insert was a Walgreen's coupon for 50cents off any Walgreen's over the counter medication. So, if you need some Tylenol or Aleve or cold medicine this week, you should clip that coupon and go generic.
